Had a great time relaxing in my standard double room. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during a warm night. Staff provided fantastic service, making me feel welcome instantly. Don’t miss the bar snacks. they were a delightful surprise!

great stay for exploring attractions and park views

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great tips on navigating the nearby tram system, which is literally right outside the door, making it super easy to get to places like Zoo Basel, just a short walk away. I felt very welcome and enjoyed the convenience of being so close to these lovely parks for my weekend strolls.

great breakfast

i had a wonderful stay at ibis! the room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. the breakfast was fantastic, with a mix of healthy and indulgent options. Great coffee to kickstart the day. the location is also excellent, right at a tram stop for easy access to the town center and around the university. the international TV channels were a bonus during my 9-night stay.

convenient location

It was just a nice choice for a holiday in Basel with great value for the money. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and given a free bus ticket for my travels. Remember to bring a Swiss adapter for your devices as the sockets are different from other countries.

The staff here really made my stay enjoyable by providing me with a free bus ticket right upon check-in, which was super convenient. I stayed in a standard double room that was compact but really well planned with a desk and good wi-fi. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and they gave me a free transportation pass which was a nice touch, definitely made getting around easy.
